Working women in Cyprus,in the fight against discrimination and racism
On the occasion of 8th March – International Women’s Day and the European-wide Action Week Against Racism (14 – 22 March), organised on the occasion of 21st March – International Day for the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
PEO and KISA – Action for Equality, Support, Antiracism, in honouring migrant women in Cyprus and their socioeconomic contribution, would like to invite you to the event "Working women in Cyprus in the fight against discrimination and racism "
on Sunday, 15 March 2009, at 10:00 – 12:30 ,at the headquarters of PEO, 31-35 Achermou street, Nicosia
The event will be addressed by Mr Sotiris Fellas, Deputy General Secretary of PEO,
Ms Anthoula Papadopoulou, Member of KISA’s Steering Committee, and
Ms Malkanthi Papageorgiou, migrant
The multicultural programme will include poetry and dances by migrant women from various countries
The event will close with a Reception.
