Reschedule of KISA General Assembly to be held on: 16 January, 2011
at INEK – PEO in Nicosia (14 Simonidou str.).

In order to better prepare the General Assembly and its programmatic documents, we call you for a preparatory meeting, which will be held at the premises of KISA, on Wednesday, 15/12/2010, where the preparation of the following topics will be discussed:

1) Analysis of the current situation of the main fields – action areas of KISA, elaboration of proposals, positions and actions, as well as of KISA’s role and position.

2) Provision of information, support, mediation and empowerment services to migrants and refugees.

3) Organisational development and expansion.

4) Financial situation and securing of financial resources.

We remain at your disposal for questions and further information, or any other facilities you deem necessary to assist your active participation and contribution.

On the occasion of the upcoming programming and statutory general assembly of KISA, which is scheduled for December 12, 2010 (further details will soon be sent), you are invited (see attached texts) to express your views and actively participate in the procedures/ discussions of the conduct of the assembly as well as of the life and activities of the organisation in general.
