“ENAR’s Shadow Report for Europe is a unique mechanism to collect and present the views of civil society on the state of racism in EU member states and across Europe. It builds a perspective on racism that reflects the critical views of NGOs and vulnerable communities. It also highlights the crucial role NGOs and civil society play in supporting the participation both of communities vulnerable to racism and relevant institutions in the struggle against racism and provides some key recommendations for policy and actions at the national level”.
